IN 2019, CCI INVESTIGATED THE LEASE OF PROPERTY WHICH WOULD HAVE SERVED AS A MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT CENTER WITH THE OPPORTUNITY FOR PEOPLE TO WORK AND TRAIN WHILE SUPPORTING STUDENTS AND FAMILIES. UNFORTUNATELY, THE LEASE DID NOT END UP GOING THROUGH, HOWEVER, CCI INCURRED VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE POTENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT.
