THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE DISABLED PERSONS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND PYSCHOLOGICAL NEEDS, AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS, AND USEFULLNESS. THE HOUSING SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDER REGUALTIONS, GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES ISSUED BY THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
