BATZ PROGRAM GUIDE FOR PATIENT SAFETY SERVES ALL PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES. THE PROGRAM GUIDES SERVE ANYONE WHO PLANS TO RECEIVE OR HAS A LOVED ONE PLANNING TO RECEIVE MEDICAL TREATMENT IN THE UNITED STATES. ALL PROGRAM GUIDES ARE DESIGNED AND ISSUED TO BE USED BY PATIENTS TO BETTER PREPARE EACH MEDICAL TEAM AND PATIENT TO AID THE CARE TEAM IN THE REDUCTION OF ADVERSE EVENTS AND MEDICAL ERRORS WHICH CAUSE DEATH OR MEDICAL MALPRACTICE. OUR PROGRAM GUIDES ARE PROVIDED TO HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.
