OPERATION OF FOUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING RESIDENCES RENTED TO FAMILIES EARNING AT OR UNDER 80% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME AND PAYING NOT MORE THAN 30% OF THEIR GROSS INCOME FOR RENTAL EXPENSES. WE SOLD THE FOUR RESIDENCES THIS YR TO PURCHASERS W/INCOMES AT OR UNDER 80% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME, AT PRICES SUCH THAT THE P&I PMTS ON THE MTG DO NOT EXCEED THE RENTAL CHARGED FOR THE UNITS. THE UNITS ARE PERMANTLY AFFORDABLE BY VIRTUE OF A RECORDED AFFORDABILITY COVENANT UNDER WHICH ANY FUTURE BUYER MUST BE AT OR UNDER 80% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME.
