OPERATION OF FOUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING RESIDENCES RENTED TO FAMILIES EARNING AT OR UNDER 80% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME AND PAYING NOT MORE THAN 30% OF THEIR GROSS INCOME FOR RENTAL EXPENSES. WE SOLD THE FOUR RESIDENCES THIS YR TO PURCHASERS W/INCOMES AT OR UNDER 80% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME, AT PRICES SUCH THAT THE P&I PMTS ON THE MTG DO NOT EXCEED THE RENTAL CHARGED FOR THE UNITS. THE UNITS ARE PERMANTLY AFFORDABLE BY VIRTUE OF A RECORDED AFFORDABILITY COVENANT UNDER WHICH ANY FUTURE BUYER MUST BE AT OR UNDER 80% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME.


DEVELOPMENT OF A 24 UNIT AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING COMPLEX IN FLORENCE OR, KNOWN AS OAK MANOR APARTMENTS, WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE TO HUUSEHOLDS EARNING AT OR UNDER 60% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME.


OPERATION OF A 21 UNIT AFFORDABLE WORKFORCE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FISTERRA GARDENS TOWNHOMES LP, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP IN WHICH OUR COASTAL VILLAGE, INC. IS GENERAL PARTNER. THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN 2019. ALL UNITS ARE SET ASIDE FOR HOUSEHOLDS EARNING NOT MORE THAN 60% OF AREA MEDIAN INCOME. SINCE COMPLETION ALL UNITS HAVE BEEN RENTED TO ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS.
