THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF WISCONSIN, INCLUDING: TO FOSTER, ENCOURAGE AND COORDINATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC POLICIES IN WISCONSIN THAT WILL: PROMOTE FAIRNESS AND EQUITY IN WISCONSIN'S CIVIL JUSTICE SYSTEM; REDUCE LAWSUIT ABUSE; REDUCE COSTS IN WISCONSIN'S CIVIL JUSTICE SYSTEM; AND TO ENHANCE WISCONSIN'S IMAGE AS A PLACE TO LIVE AND TO DO BUSINESS.
