TO UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION, BILL OF RIGHTS, AND LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN; TO ADVANCE THE SCIENCE OF JURISPRUDENCE; TO IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE; PROMOTE AND ESPOUSE THE ART OF ADVOCACY TO THE END THAT IT WILL IMPROVE THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE AND SECURE AN ADEQUATE AWARD IN PERSONAL INJURY ACTIONS.

MAJ PUBLICATIONS: OUR MEMBERS AUTHOR EDUCATIONAL PUBLICATIONS FOR US THAT WE SELL TO OUR MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS. WE SELL NO-FAULT TEXTBOOKS, INTERROGATORY MANUALS, AND COMPLAINT BOOKS. WE ALSO SELL NFRBO SUBSCRIPTIONS. OUR MEMBERS ALSO PURCHASE DEPOSITIONS, BRIEFS, AND OPINIONS.


EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS: MAJ SPONSORS LEGAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. NON-MAJ MEMBERS MAY ATTEND FOR AN INCREASED RATE. THE MODERATORS AND SPEAKERS FOR OUR SEMINARS DONATE THEIR SERVICES. ATTENDANCE VARIES AT THESE SEMINARS FROM 35 TO 125 PEOPLE. TOPICS INCLUDE ADVOCACY, AUTO NO-FAULT, DAMAGES, FAMILY LAW, EMPLOYMENT, LIENS, MEDICAL MALPRACTICE, NEW LAWYER WORKSHOP, PREMISES, PROBATE, PROVIDER CLAIMS, RAPID FIRE, LITIGATION, TECHNOLOGY, VOIR DIRE, AND WORKERS COMPENSATION.


MAJ SEMINAR TAPE SALES: MAJ EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS ARE PROFESSIONALLY RECORDED AND SOLD TO MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND. THEY ARE SOLD AS AUDIO/CD AND IN VIDEO FORM. THE TAPES ARE SOLD AS A SET OR INDIVIDUALLY OF SPECIFIC SPEAKERS.
