APPORTIONMENT.US EDUCATES THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION IN GENERAL, AND SPECIFICALLY ABOUT THE PRINCIPLES FOR APPORTIONING REPRESENTATIVES IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMONG THE STATES. APPORTIONMENT.US'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS LITIGATING TO DEFEND THE RIGHT OF CITIZENS OF THE VARIOUS STATES TO EQUAL REPRESENTATION IN THE U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IN A MANNER CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND SUPREME COURT DECISIONS.
