PROVIDE FREE RENTAL FEES IN THE CONFERENCE CENTER AND ARENA TO REGIONAL FFA AND 4H YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS. 5 RENTALS WERE USED IN 2021 WITH A RETAIL VALUE OF $12,900.
