ANIMAL WELFARE AND RESCUE - LOCATED IN THE MOUNTAINS ABOVE LOS ANGELES, THE ORGANIZATION HAS A 165-ACRE FACILITY THAT SERVES AS A SAFE HAVEN AND HOME TO 38 RESCUED WOLVES AND WOLF DOGS WHO HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP, ABANDONMENT, AND ABUSE. THE ORGANIZATION PACK SERVICES TEAM PROVIDES ONE-OF-A-KIND CARE AND ENRICHMENT TO THE WOLF PACK, WHO BECOME AMBASSADORS OF HOPE TO ALL WHO WITNESS THEM. THE FACILITY IS AN A-RATED AND LICENSED WITH THE USDA LA COUNTY DEPT OF ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL FOR THE RESCUE AND LIFETIME CARE OF WOLVES AND WOLF DOGS. ALL ANIMALS UNDER OUR CARE HAVE AN INDIVIDUALIZED HEALTH AND BEHAVIORAL PLAN THAT MEETS EACH ANIMALS NEEDS. THIS PLAN IS CONSTANTLY REVISED AND UPDATED.

AT RISK YOUTH AND EMPOWERMENT - FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS, WOLF CONNECTIONS MULTI-SESSION EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMS HAVE TRANSFORMED THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY SERVICE AREA 1 WHO COLLECTIVELY EXPERIENCE A DISPROPORTIONATE RATE OF POVERTY, FOSTER CARE, TEEN PREGNANCY, GANG ACTIVITY, AND INCARCERATION. THE PROGRAMS OFFER YOUTH ACCESS TO NON-TRADITIONAL HEALING MODALITIES, AS WELL AS MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS WITH PEERS AND ADULT MENTORS. PARTICIPANTS CONNECT WITH WOLF TEACHERS WHO HAVE BEEN MISUNDERSTOOD, MISTREATED, AND OPPRESSED.
