A RESCUE AND SANCTUARY FACILITY, WE ACCEPT ABUSED, NEGLECTED AND ABANDONED ANIMALS, MOSTLY EQUINE, FROM DIFFERENT AGENCIES AND INDIVIDUALS. ANIMALS HAVE INCLUDED DOGS, GOATS, SHEEP & LLAMAS. LCAR PROVIDES NUTRITIONAL AND MEDICAL CARE AS WELL AS PERSONAL CARE AND THERAPY FOR BOTH MIND AND BODY TO REHABILITATE THE ANIMALS. MOSTLY A EQUINE FACILITY, OUR GOAL IS TO REHABILITATE THEM FOR ADPOTION BY APPROVED INDIVIDUALS, OR OFFER A PLACE OF PERMANENT RETIREMENT FOR THOSE HORSES THAT ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR ADOPTION. WE ALSO OFFER INFORMATION TO HELP THE PUBLIC UNDERSTAND THE PROPER CARE NEEDED TO BE A RESPONSIBLE OWNER.
