NO CHARTERED AIRPLANE FLIGHTS FROM FORT WAYNE, IN TO WASHINGTON D.C. OCCURED IN 2021 DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19, THE RESTRICTIONS PLACED BY FACILITIES USED IN BOARDING THE DEPARTING THE AIRCRAFT IN FORT WAYNE, IN, AND ULTIMATE CONCERN FOR HEATH AND WELL BEING OF VETERANS. THE ORGANIZATION NORMALLY TAKES FOUR FLIGHTS OF LOCAL WORLD WAR II, KOREAN, AND VIETNAM VETERANS TO SEE THEIR MEMORIALS. THE EXPENSES ABOVE RELATE TO PREPAYMENTS OF AN ANTICIPATED FALL 2021 FLIGHT WHICH WAS CANCELLED SHORTLY BEFORE OCCURANCE. A MAJORITY OF THE COSTS REPRESENT THE PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND GOODS WHICH CAN BE APPLIED TO SUBSEQUENT FLIGHTS
