SOUTHERN TIER HOUSING CORPORATION'S (STHC) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HOUSEHOLDS WITH HIGH-QUALITY, ENERGY EFFICIENT, HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES. STHC WORKS WITH HOUSEHOLDS TO QUALIFY FOR FINANCING, SELECT LAND ON WHICH TO BUILD A HOME, AND SELECT A HOUSE PLAN. STHC BUILDS THE HOMES AS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR A TURN KEY JOB. STHC ALSO PROVIDES PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF EXPERTISE AND CAPACITY TO CARRY OUT HOUSING INITIATIVES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
