PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH EYE EXAMINATIONS, DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND EYE SURGERIES. THE FOUNDATION WILL SPEND APPROXIMATELY 100 OF ITS TIME AND RESOURCES ON THIS ACTIVITY. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL WORK WITH SCHOOLS, SOCIAL SERVICES AND THE COMMUNITY TO DETERMINE THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF VISUAL ASSISTANCE. EYE EXAMINATIONS AND ETE SURGERIES WILL BE PROVIDED BY AN LICENSED EYE CARE PROVIDER AT THE OFFICES OF SHORELINE OPHTHALMOLOGY, PC, 1266 EAST SHERMAN BLVD.,, MUSKEGON, MICHIGAN 49444. THE LICENSED EYE CARE PROVIXDERS WHO EXAMINE THOSE PERSONS WILL BE VOLUNTEERS.
