THIS WORK IS LARGELY FOCUSED ON CHANGING FEDERAL LAWS AND POLICIES, BUT ALSO INCLUDES WORK TO CHANGE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL JAIL AND PRISON PRACTICES OF SOLITARY CONFINEMENT AND OTHER CRUEL AND INHUMANE TREATMENT.
