THE MISSION OF THE CENTER FOR LEGAL INCLUSIVENESS (CLI) IS TO ADVANCE DIVERSITY IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION BY ACTIVELY EDUCATING AND SUPPORTING PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTOR LEGAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAMPAIGNS TO CREATE CULTURES OF INCLUSION.

MORE THAN 200 LAWYERS, JUDGES, AND OTHER LEGAL PROFESSIONALS ATTENDED CLI'S AUGUST 2021, LEGAL INCLUSIVENESS & DIVERSITY SUMMIT VIRTUALLY. THE FIFTEENTH ANNUAL EVENT FEATURED PROMINENT NATIONAL AND LOCAL SPEAKERS IN MULTIPLE WORKSHOPS. CLI THANKS ALL THOSE WHO MADE THE SUMMIT A SUCCESS, INCLUDING CONFERENCE SPONSORS, ATTENDEES, PRESENTERS AND VOLUNTEERS.
IN 2021, CLI AWARDED TWO DIVERSITY BAR EXAM SCHOLARSHIPS AND TWO DIVERSITY LIVING EXPENSES SCHOLARSHIPS TO CU & DU LAW GRADUATES TO COVER THE COST OF THE BAR EXAM AND REVIEW COURSE, AND LIVING EXPENSES, RESPECTIVELY. THE PROGRAM NOW IN ITS TENTH YEAR HELPED UNDERREPRESENTED LAW STUDENTS AFFORD TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS THE COLORADO BAR.
