OUR NUMBER ONE FOCUS IS EDUCATING THE KIDS IN THE SLUMS OF NAIROBI. WE MAINTAIN A SCHOOL IN KIBERA AND SOUTH B SLUM, HOMA BAY, AND MAGAD. THESE SCHOOLS RUN FROM BABY CLASS TO 8TH GRADE. WE ALSO MAINTAIN A SECONDARY SCHOOL IN GONG. TOGETHER WE EDUCATE OVER 1,000 KIDS THIS PAST YEAR. WE ALSO MAINTAIN AN ORPHANAGE FOR THE KIDS THAT GO TO OUR SCHOOL BUT THAT DON'T HAVE FAMILIES. WE DID TEACHER TRAINING.
WE HAD SEVERAL AG PROJECTS INCLUDING PURCHASING COWS, RABBITS, AND CHICKENS, BUILDING A SHED FOR THEM, INCUBATORS, AND PROVIDING FEED

OUR ANNUAL BANQUET IS OUR FUNDRAISER FOR THE YEAR. MUCH OF THE EXPENSE OF IT IS OFFSET BY TICKET PURCHASES AND DONATIONS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES OUR SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM AND THE CREDIT CARD FEES THAT ARE RECOOPED BY DONATION.
