SUPPORTIVE LIVING SERVICES: DAILY RESIDENTIAL BASED SERVICES AND VOCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO REQUIRE A 24 HOUR PLAN OF CARE, SUPERVISION, AND SUPPORT IN ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING AND AID IN BUILDING OF INDEPENDENCE SKILLS. THROUGH THE RELATIONSHIPS FIRST APPROACH, WE ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN LIVING SUCCESSFULLY IN THEIR COMMUNITY AND INSPIRE THEM TO BE ALL THEY CAN BE.
