THE COMMUNITY RESOURCE PROGRAM OFFERS A TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM, DESIGNED AS A COMMUNITY-WIDE WEB-BASED TOOL, TO NON-PROFIT AND CHURCH PARTNERS SERVING AT-RISK FAMILIES TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION TO ACHIEVE POSITIVE OUTCOMES FOR FAMILIES.
THE PROVIDER PROGRAM IDENTIFIES AND ENGAGES WITH NON-PROFIT, COMMUNITY, AND AGENCY ORGANIZATIONS, TO FACILITATE AT-RISK FAMILIES' ACCESS TO NEEDED RESOURCES AND SUPPORT SERVICES. THE PROGRAM ALSO IDENTIFIES AND PARTNERS WITH NON-PROFIT AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AROUND THE COUNTRY WITH EXPERTISE IN POVERTY ALLEVIATION AND CURRICULUM FOR NEIGHBORING.
THE FAMILY/YOUTH ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES A WAY TO ASSIST UNACCOMPANIED, HOMELESS YOUTH WHO ARE STILL STUDENTS BY OFFERING ACCESS TO IMMEDIATE PHYSICAL NEEDS AS WELL AS OFFERING RELATIONAL/EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND CONNECTION TO OTHER RESOURCES. THIS PROGRAM ALSO DISTRIBUTES FUNDS PROVIDED THROUGH SPECIFIC PHILANTHROPIC SOURCES TO FAMILIES AT RISK OF LOSING THEIR HOUSING (IN 2020 DUE TO COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES).
