VOICES FOCUSES ON ENSURING ALL CHILDREN THRIVE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A SOLID START, STRONG AND STABLE FAMILIES, HEALTHY MINDS AND BODIES, AND FAIR TREATMENT IN SCHOOLS AND THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
