TO STABILIZE AND REVITALIZE MILLVALE'S NEIGHBORHOODS, THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING, BUSINESSES, AND SKILLS OF INDIVIDUALS. THE CORPORATION RECOGNIZES THE COLLABORATION OF THE DIVERSE TALENTS AND SKILLS OF PEOPLE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROCESS. THE CORPORATION CAN SERVE AS A CONDUIT TO OPERATE AUXILIARY PROGRAMS THAT FOSTER THE CORPORATION'S PURPOSE AND GOALS.
