EQUESTRIAN ARTS PROGRAM: A TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS PROVIDE YOUTH WITH KNOWLEDGE IN THREE DIFFERNT LEVELS OF EQUESTRIAN ARTS: 1) CLASSROOM/HANDS-ON EDUCATION WITH VISUAL AND VERBAL REINFORCEMENT 2) HORSE TRAINING WITH STRONG EMPHASIS ON SAFETY AND 3) THE EXPERIENCE OF RIDING IN OUTDOOR ARENAS
MENTORING PROGRAM: THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES A CHILD CARE WORKER TO PROVIDE ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING OF THE YOUTH PROVIDING FRIENSHIP, SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO THEIR CHILD. THE YOUTH AND THEIR MENTOR ALSO PARTICIPATE IN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, GROUP SESSIONS, ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING, BIBLE STUDY AND CHURCH OUTINGS.
HIGHMARK HEALTH HIGH 5 (HHH5): THE HHH5 PROGRAM IS CENTERED AROUND A LOW ROPES COURSE AND A QUARTER MILE FITNESS TRAIL. THE GOAL IS TO TAKE A GROUP OF PARTICIPANTS AND UNIFY THEM SO THAT WITH TEAMWORK THE GROUP WILL BE ABLE TO SUCCEED AND MOVE THROUGH THE PHYSICAL CHALLENGES OF EACH COURSE.AS THE GROUP MEMBERS WORK TOGETHER, THEY DEVELOP TRUST, CARING, DECISIVENESS, DETERMINATION, COOPERATION AND BECOME SPIRITUALLY, PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY STRONGER.
