BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTS CONTRACTS WITH WASHINGTON COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (BHDS), FAYETTE COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATION AND THE OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION (OVR) IN FAYETTE COUNTY TO PROVIDE SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE JOB FINDING, JOB EXPLORATION, JOB DEVELOPMENT, AND SUPPORT FOR BALANCING WORK AND RECOVERY TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.


TEC SPECIAL PROGRAMS: TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTS PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED WORK ASSESSMENTS FOR OVR CLIENTS TO ASSESS A CLIENT'S ABILITY TO WORK. TEC SUBCONTRACTS WITH UNIQUE SOURCE, INC. AND OPERATES THE WASHINGTON PHOTO LICENSE CENTER.


TRANSISTION PROGRAM: TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTS OPERATES A COMMUNITY BASED VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM (CBVI) FOR VARIOUS SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA. THE PROGRAM'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS TO LEARN WORK RELATED SKILLS IN REAL WORLD SETTINGS. TEC ALSO OPERATES A PRIVATE ACADEMIC SCHOOL LICENSED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, CALLED TEC EDUCATION CENTER. THE SCHOOL PROVIDES A UNIQUE INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WHERE STUDENTS LEARN REQUIRED ACADEMICS AND LEARN NECESSARY WORK SKILLS FOR THE FUTURE.


SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTS CONTRACTS WITH THE WASHINGTON DISTRICT OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION (OVR) TO PROVIDE SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE JOB FINDING, JOB EXPLORATION, JOB DEVELOPMENT, JOB COACHING SUPPORT AND SUPPORT FOR BALANCING WORK AND RECOVERY TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.
