SEEC PROVIDES CUSTOMIZED EMPLOYMENT, RECREATIONAL, AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 300 ADULTS, AND OUTREACH TO FAMILIES OF CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.

SUPPORTED LIVING: PROVIDES INDIVIDUALS WITH THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY IN HOMES OF THEIR OWN. APPROXIMATELY 30 PEOPLE RECEIVE SEEC'S PERSONAL SUPPORTS.
COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT NETWORK: PROVIDES DAY SUPPORTS IN THE COMMUNITY AS WELL AS SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT. ALL SUPPORTS ARE PROVIDED IN THE COMMUNITY. THIS INCLUDES WEEKDAY SUPPORTS TO APPROXIMATELY 75 ADULTS. THESE ADULTS SPEND HALF OF THEIR DAY IN VOCATIONAL ACTIVITIES (PAID EMPLOYMENT, VOLUNTEERING AND/OR JOB-READINESS ACTIVITIES), AND THE OTHER HALF OF THE DAY IS DEDICATED TO PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, FITNESS, AND THE PURSUIT OF INTERESTS. ALSO, THIS INCLUDES COMMUNITY-BASED EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS TO APPROXIMATELY 150 PEOPLE, INCLUDING APPROXIMATELY 40 INTERNS PARTICIPATING IN PROJECT SEARCH, A SCHOOL-TO-WORK UNPAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAM.
DISCOVERIES: PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTS TO APPROXIMATELY 40 PEOPLE WHO RECEIVE LESS THAN 40 HOURS OF HOME AND COMMUNITY SUPPORTS EACH WEEK. SUPPORTS ARE DELIVERED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE INDIVIDUAL AND MAY BE ACCESSED DURING OR OUTSIDE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
