THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS INDUSTRIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. THE COUNCIL ALSO PROMOTES THE INTERESTS OF THE PEOPLE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: COMMERICAL, INDUSTRIAL, AGRICULTURAL RECREATIONS, SOCIAL AND CIVIL. IT'S ACTIVITIES ARE NONPARTISAN AND NONSECTARIAN. THE EXPENSES ARE FOR MAINTAINING A BUSINESS INCUBATOR CONSTRUCTED TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING USABLE SPACE TO HELP BUSINESSES EXPAND THEIR OPERATIONS.


EXPENDITURES ARE ALL RELATED TO THE COUNCIL'S OBJECTIVE OF PROVIDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO TO RESIDENTS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, PA.
