CENTRE HELPS HOTLINE PROGRAM RESPONDED TO 9,370 HOTLINE CALLS. WE PROVIDED BASIC NEEDS RELATED INFORMATION AND REFERRAL FOR 2,199 CALLERS, MENTAL HEALTH/SUBSTANCE MISUSE INFORMATION AND REFERRAL FOR 2,369 CALLERS, AND CRISIS INTERVENTION OR COUNSELING TO 1917 CALLERS. WE PROVIDED OFF HOURS COUNSELING SUPPORT SERVICES TO 6 PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS, TOTALING 1,483 CALLS.
CENTRE HELPS BASIC NEEDS CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM SERVED 323 HOUSEHOLDS, WHICH INCLUDED 497 INDIVIDUALS. EVICTION WAS PREVENTED FOR 227 HOUSEHOLDS. UTILITY SHUTOFF WAS PREVENTED FOR 115 HOUSEHOLDS, AND 73 OTHER HOUSEHOLDS RECEIVED SUPPORT TO ASSIST WITH OTHER CRITICAL NEEDS. THROUGH ADVOCACY AND CASE MANAGEMENT, THE PROGRAM PACKAGED FUNDS TOTALING $413,404 TO SUPPORT THESE HOUSEHOLDS.
