ALSO PROVIDE EVALUATION, ASSESSMENT AND REFERRAL TO OTHER SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER AND WHEN APPROPRIATE MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES FOR ADOLESCENT AND SDULT SUBSTANCE ABUSERS. 34,435 PATIENT DAYS PROVIDED
