WE ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION THROUGH TWO DIVISIONS: VICTORY HEALTH AND VICTORY HOUSING. WE SPECIALIZE IN PROVIDING INNOVATIVE CARE AND SERVICES FOR VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN AN URBAN SETTING, OUR PROGRAMMING INCLUDES RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES TO MORE THAN 1,000 MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN EACH YEAR.
