THE EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND DISSEMINATION PROGRAM IS A PROFESSIONAL STAFF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CREATED BY THE FEDERATION OF TEACHERS TO GIVE IT'S MEMBERS THE LATEST IN CLASSROOM-BASED EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH ON EFFECTIVE TEACHING.
THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF TEACHERS HAS TRAINING SESSIONS FOR TEACHERS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY. AFTER COMPLETING THIS TRAINING, THESE TEACHERS ARE ABLE TO CONDUCT TRAINING SESSIONS FOR OTHER TEACHERS/PARAPROFESSIONALS. ALSO INCLUDED ARE ORIENTATION PROGRAMS FOR ALL NEW EMPLOYEES AT THE START OF EACH SCHOOL YEAR PLUS A NEW TEACHER/EMPLOYEE INDUCTION PROGRAM WITH FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.
