TO SERVE AS THE BRIDGE BETWEEN THE NATIONAL SOCIETY OF THE SONS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION AND THE CHAPTERS CHARTERED IN PENNSYLVANIA, AND ALONG WITH THE CHAPTERS, TO PERFORM PUBLIC SERVICE, PROVIDE EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, AND TO FOSTER PATRIOTISM.

MEMBER SERVICES - THE PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY PROVIDES GENEALOGICAL SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE TO NEW AND EXISTING MEMBERS IN THEIR SEARCH FOR PATRIOT ANCESTORS. THE PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY ALSO COLLECTS DUES FOR THE NATIONAL SOCIETY, THE STATE SOCIETY AND THE CHAPTERS IN PENNSYLVANIA, AND FORWARDS THOSE DUES TO THE APPROPRIATE ORGANIZATION. THE SOCIETY ALSO PROVIDES LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR ITS ACTIVE MEMBERS, A SOCIETY NEWSLETTER, AN ACTIVE WEBSITE, AND THE OPTION TO PURCHASE VANITY LICENSE PLATES.
PATRIOTISM AND EDUCATION - THE PENNSYLVANIA SOCIETY ENCOURAGES MEMBERS AND THE PUBLIC TO PERFORM PATRIOTIC SERVICE. WE MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA, LIBRARIES, AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS BY THE MEMBERS OF THE DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION AND THE CHILDREN OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION. WE ALSO RECOGNIZE THE EAGLE SCOUT PROGRAM, AND JROTC MEMBERS. WE ALSO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND PROGRAMS TO HIGH SCHOOL, MIDDLE SCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS.
HISTORIC PRESERVATION - WE PROVIDE CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE AMERICA 250 HISTORIC AWARENESS EFFORTS AT THE STATE LEVEL AND GRANTS FOR REVOLUTIONARY WAR PERIOD BATTLEFIELD AND OTHER HISTORIC STRUCTURES PRESERVATION.
