COUNSELING SERVICES - PROGRAM INCLUDES INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY COUNSELING, GROUP COUNSELING, ALCOHOL AND DRUG TREATMENT GROUPS, AND VARIOUS WORKSHOPS ON TOPICS SUCH AS ANGER MANAGEMENT, PEER PRESSURE, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, AND HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS IN THE DIGITAL AGE. ALSO INCLUDES PARTNERING WITH LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN MARION, MORGAN, JOHNSON, AND HAMILTON COUNTIES TO PROVIDE COUNSELING AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO EXPULSION OR SUSPENSION. PROGRAM ALSO INCLUDES THE R.E.A.C.H. PROGRAM, A LIFE SKILLS, EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAM WITH A MENTAL HEALTH FOCUS.
JUVENILE DIVERSION PROGRAMS - PROGRAM INCLUDES TEEN COURT, ALTERNATIVE TO EXPULSION, AND CONVERSION WORKSHOP. TEEN COURT PROVIDES AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM FOR MILD TO MODERATE OFFENDERS. ALTERNATIVE TO EXPULSION HELPS STUDENTS REMAIN IN SCHOOL AFTER COMMITTING THEIR FIRST EXPELLABLE OFFENCE. CONVERSION WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED FOR SHOPLIFTERS AND PROVIDES EDUCATION ON THE EFFECTS AND CONSEQUENCES.
