THE PELLA COMMUNITY DAY CARE CENTER, DBA: PELLA EARLY LEARNING CENTER'S MISSION STATEMENT IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY CHILDCARE AND MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS FOR THE CHILD, PARENT/GUARDIAN, STAFF AND COMMUNITY. THE PELLA EARLY LEARNING CENTER IMPROVED THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE CHILDREN BY REPLACING A LARGE DISEASED TREE WITH 3 SMALLER ONE AND ADDED A SHELTER HOUSE TO PROVIDE SHADE FOR THE CHILDREN WHILE THEY RUN AND EXERCISE ON THE PLAYGROUND. WITH THE HELP OF A GRANT, WE PURCHASED A DEFIBRILLATOR WHICH PROVIDES ADDED SEFETY MEASURES IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY. WE ALSO PAID OFF OUR MORTGAGE THIS PAST YEAR.
