NORTHWEST NEIGHBORHOODS PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO NEARLY 28,000 RESIDENTS IN CUDELL, DETROIT SHOREWAY, AND EDGEWATER ON THE WEST SIDE OF CLEVELAND, OHIO. THROUGH COLLABORATION, OUR ORGANIZATION GUIDES THE PHYSICAL, ECONOMIC, AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEIGHBORHOODS WE SERVE TOWARD IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT - PROVIDES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT, GENERAL CONTRACTING, AND OTHER SERVICES FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSING FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE


COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT - PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL MERCHANTS AND INDUSTRIES THROUGH EXPANSION AND BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS


CITIZEN PARTICIPATION - PROVIDES COMMUNITY-RELATED SERVICES SUCH AS CRIME-WATCH AND SUMMER YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR AREA RESIDENTS. WEST SIDE HOUSING CENTER PROVIDES FORECLOSURE PREVENTION ASSISTANCE TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. GORDON SQUARE ARTS - RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THEATRES IN THE ART DISTRICT OF CLEVELAND'S WEST SIDE WHERE A POWERFUL COMBINATION OF HOUSING, NEW BUSINESSES, THE ARTS AND NEIGHBORHOOD BEAUTIFICATION ARE SPARKING THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW JOBS FOR RESIDENTS.
