THE SWISHER COUNTY MEMORIAL ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A BUILDING FOR THE COMMUNITY OF THE CITY OF TULIA AND SWISHER COUNTY, TEXAS. A NON-COMPENSATED BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE, OPERATIONS AND SCHEDULING OF USE OF THE BUILDING. SWISHER COUNTY MAINTAINS A PUBLIC LIBRARY IN THE BUILDING; THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OFFICES IN THE BUILDING; AND THE SWISHER COUNTY MUSEUM MAINTAINS A PUBLIC MUSEUM IN THE BUILDING, THE CITY OF TULIA OFFICES IN THE BUILDING AND PAYS UTILITIES, REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. OTHER INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS MAY USE THE BUILDING FOR SMALL RENTAL CHARGES.
