ART CAMP 504 IS A 501(C)3 ORGANIZATION SERVING THE NEW ORLEANS AREA. THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS FINANCIAL AID SCHOLARSHIPS AND SLIDING SCALE TUITION.OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER STUDENTS TO UNLOCK THEIR FULL POTENTIAL THROUGH HIGH QUALITY ART EDUCATION, COMMUNITY BUILDING AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING.

ART CAMP 504 PROVIDES 8 WEEKS OF SUMMER CAMP AND HOLIDAY ART WORKSHOPS FOR CHILDREN AGES 7-13. THE MISSION OF THE CAMP IS TO SHAPE THE NEXT GENERATION OF CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVERS BY GIVING YOUNG ARTIST THE SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE THEY NEED IN ORDER TO REACH THEIR INNATE POTENTIAL. ART CAMP 504'S RISING ARTIST SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM STRIVES TO MAKE ART EDUCATION ACCESSIBLE TO ALL STUDENTS REGARDLESS OF THEIR INCOME LEVEL. THIS PROGARM TEACHES STUDENTS VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS SKILLS ACROSS A WIDE RANGE OF DISCIPLINES. CURRENT WORKSHOPS INCLUDE: CULINARY ARTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, FILM, THEATER, PUPPETRY, PRINTMAKING, PARADE, GRAPHIC DESIGN, CERAMICS, CREATIVE WRITING, ILLUSTRATION AND ANIMATION.
