PROVIDE PENNSYLVANIA, MARYLAND AND WEST VIRGINIA AREAS WITHIN DISTRICT #7360 CIVIC AND CHARITABLE SUPPORT BY MAKING DONATIONS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, SPONSOR FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENTS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY BENEFITS.
THE YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAM ACTIVELY PROMOTES AND ENCOURAGES THE EXCHANGE OF STUDENTS BETWEEN COUNTRIES AND ARRANGES TO HAVE STUDENTS AS GUESTS OF ROTARIANS WITHIN THE DISTRICT IN ORDER TO ENABLE THE STUDENTS TO LEARN THE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL ASPECTS OF LIFE ON A PERSONAL BASIS IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY.
