TO ASSIST POLICE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AT MOTOR VEHICLE AND INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENTS. TO PROVIDE SAFETY BARRIERS, TRAFFIC CONTROL, AND DEFINE LANDING SITES FOR MEDIVAC EMERGENCY HELICOPTER LANDINGS.
