TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE RECOGNITION OF THE FIRE SPRINKLER INDUSTRY AS A UNIQUE IDENTITY IN ITSELF BY CONDUCTING PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE LOCAL OFFICIALS (E.G., FIRE MARSHALLS, BUILDING OFFICIALS, PLUMBING INSPECTORS, ETC.) TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF LATEST SPRINKLER TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE AND TO PROTECT AGAINST IMPROPER INSTALLATIONS.
