PROVIDES ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE THROUGH WHICH THE OBJECTIVES OF THE STATE CHAPTER OF THE ASSOCIATION MAY BE MET. PROMOTES EMERGENCY MEDICINE AS A VIABLE AND RECOGNIZED MEDICAL SPECIALTY.
