OUR HOME, INC. CONNECTIONS FOSTER TREATMENT IS THE PROVISION OF ENHANCED FOSTER CARE SERVICES TO YOUTH WHO HAVE EXCEPTIONAL NEEDS THROUGH ADDITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONNECTIONS CHILD PLACEMENT AGENCY.
