GREATER LANSING HOUSING COALITION REHABILTATED DILAPIDATED HOMES IN A TARGET AREA OF LANSING, MI. THESE HOMES WERE THEN SOLD TO FAMILIES WHO MEET LOW INCOME QUALIFICATIONS. HOMEOWNERSHIP IS THE GOAL.
THE COALITION WORKS WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE CITY OF LANSING BY PROVIDING COUNSELING AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD EMPOWERMENT CENTER.
HOUSING PROVIDED TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES THROUGH APARTMENTS OWNED BY AFFILIATES OF THE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION. TENANTS MUST MEET FEDERAL GUIDELINES OF LOW INCOME.
