THE AGAWAM EDUCATION ASSOCIATION PURPOSE IS TO GIVE ITS MEMBERS OPPORTUNITIES TO KNOW EACH OTHER, TO INCREASE THE SPIRIT OF UNITY, AND TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE TEACHING PROFESSION AND THE EDUCATION SYSTEM. THE ASSOCIATION BELIEVES THESE HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE ASSOCIATION ACTING AS THE EXCLUSIVE BARGAINING AGENT WITH THE AGAWAM SCHOOL DISTRICT.
