IN 2010, THE AERIE PURCHASED A BUILDING FOR REFURBISHING FOR COMMUNITY AND MEMBER USE AS A GATHERING PLACE FOR SOCIAL AND VARIOUS COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES. 2014 SAW ADDITIONAL USE OF THE BUILDING PRIOR TO ITS CLOSURE IN NOVEMBER AND SAW MANY COMMUNITY EVENTS SPONSORED BY THE AERIE INCLUDING A FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS SHOW AND PICNIC.
