PAT'S PET CLINIC WAS BUILT TO SERVICE THE STRAY AND ABANDONED ANIMALS HOUSE AT THE NEW CASTLE HENRY COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER AND PROVIDE A LOW COST SPAY OR NEUTER OPTION FOR THE ECONOMICALLY STRAPPED CITIZENS OF OUR COMMUNITY.
