THE FOUNDATION HOLDS THE ENDOWMENT ASSETS FOR THE BENEFIT OF MOSES BROWN SCHOOL, AND ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRUDENT INVESTING OF THE INVESTMENTS TO MAXIMIZE LONG-TERM GROWTH AND INCOME TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL'S OPERATIONS AND CAPITAL PROJECTS. INDIVIDUAL AND CORPORATE DONATIONS TO THE MOSES BROWN SCHOOL ARE CONTRIBUTED TO THE SCHOOL AND THE SCHOOL MAKES MONTHLY TRANSFERS TO THE FOUNDATION FOR INVESTMENT, AND ON AN ANNUAL AND ONGOING BASIS, THE FOUNDATION MAKES GRANTS TO THE SCHOOL FOR APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES.
