A. CIRCLE THRIFT - OPERATE A THRIFT STORE THAT SELLS USED CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS THAT WERE DONATED TO THE ORGANIZATION. PROVIDED CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS TO HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY OF FISHTOWN/EAST KENSINGTON IN PHILADELPHIA AT BELOW MARKET VALUE. PROVIDED JOB RETAIL TRAINING TO SEVERAL UNDEREMPLOYED ADULTS.
D. URBAN FARM TEAM - A GROUP THAT AIMS TO PROTECT DEAD OR FORGOTTEN SPACE IN THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA AND MAKE IT LIFE-GIVING TO ITS NEIGHBORHOOD. WE DO THIS THROUGH INTENSIVE VEGETABLE GARDENING THAT IS EDUCATIONAL, REUSES TRASH MATERIALS THAT LITTER OUR STREETS, PROVIDE FOOD FOR NEIGHBORHOODS FAMILIES AND SIMPLY MAKES THINGS MORE BEAUTIFUL.
C. BABY GOODS EXCHANGE - PROVIDES FREE BABY CLOTHING, BOOKS, ACCESSORIES, TOYS, STROLLERS, ETC. TO ANY FAMILY THAT NEEDS THEM. EACH MONTH WE CREATE SPACE FOR FAMILIES WHO CANNOT AFFORD ITEMS TO COME TAKE WHAT THEY NEED FOR FREE.
B. HEADS TOGETHER HAITI - THIS GROUP OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES TO CONNECT WITH HAITI. THEY RAISE MONEY FOR AND SUPPORT LOCAL HAITIANS WHO WORK TO TEACH LITERACY AND COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP AMONG ADULTS AND CHILDREN AND TO ADDRESS ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS IN THE COMMUNITY OF FAYET.
