CLOTHING AND RESALE PROGRAM - CAREER WARDROBE IS A NONPROFITSOCIAL ENTERPRISE BASED IN PHILADELPHIA THAT USES CLOTHING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO INSPIRE CHANGE. WE PARTNERWITH OVER 100 NONPROFIT AND GOVERNMENT PARTNERS TO PROVIDETHEIR CLIENTS WITH UP TO A WEEK'S WORTH OF CLOTHING FOR JOBSEARCH, EMPLOYMENT, OR EVERYDAY LIVING. OUR PHILADELPHIA ANDDELAWARE COUNTY WARDROBES ARE ALSO OPEN FOR SHOPPING, WITHEARNED INCOME USED TO SUPPORT OUR PROGRAM. ANNUALLY WE OUTFITAN AVERAGE OF 5,000 PEOPLE.


EDUCATION PROGRAM - CAREER WARDROBE PROVIDES MORE THAN CLOTHING,EACH APPOINTMENT HELPS PEOPLE UNDERSTAND PROFESSIONAL NORMSOF THE WORKPLACE TO HELP LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD DURING AJOB SEARCH AND EMPLOYMENT. IN 2022 WE HOSTED OPEN WARDROBE DAYS,WHERE PARTICIPANTS RECEIVED NOT ONLY CLOTHING BUT ACCESS TOSUPPORT SERVICES SUCH AS JOB SEARCH SUPPORT, HAIRCUTS, OVERDOSEPREVENTION TRAINING, AND CRIMINAL RECORD EXPUNGEMENT SERVICESEACH MONTH.
