EDUCATION - TO PROVIDE THE ORGANIZATION WITH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR ITS MEMBERS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH NETWORKING, EDUCATION PROGRAMMING AND YPO FORUM. MEMBERS ARE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH OTHER COMPANY EXECUTIVES WHO SHARE MANY OF THE SAME CHALLENGES. ONE OF THE MOST VALUED ASPECTS OF YPO IS FORUM - GROUPS OF APPROXIMATELY 10 MEMBERS EACH WHO MEET MONTHLY IN AN ATMOSPHERE OF TRUST AND CONFIDENTIALITY TO LEARN FROM EACH OTHER'S STRENGTHS, STRATEGIES AND EXPERIENCES.
