THE YORK BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OFFERS A HOME AND GARDEN SHOW. THE SHOW PROVIDES A VENUE FOR LOCAL QUALITY EXPERTS TO HELP MEMBERS CREATE THEIR DREAM HOMES AND ALSO RECRUIT NEW MEMBERS FOR THE ORGANIZATION. OVER 100 EXPERTS ATTENDED THE SHOW LAST YEAR.
THE YORK BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OFFERS A PARADE OF YORK COUNTY HOMES. THE PARADE OF HOMES IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND SHOWCASES NEW AND REMODELED HOMES. THERE WERE 9 HOMES ON THE 2021 TOUR. THIS EVENT OPENS THE DOORS TO SOME OF THE AREA'S FINEST NEW AND REMODELED HOMES TO BE TOURED.
THE YORK BUILDERS ASSOCIATION HOLDS THE PEAK ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS WHICH HELPS TO RECOGNIZE THE VARIOUS CATEGORIES OF MEMBERS AND ALSO PROMOTES ENTRANTS TO THE PUBLIC. BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION MEMBERS HAVE THE ABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO NEW CUSTOMERS, IDENTIFY COMPANY STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND HAVE ACCESS TO NEW MARKETING PROGRAMS.
