UNIQUESOURCE OPERATES AS THE CENTRAL NONPROFIT AGENCY WHOSE CORE MISSION IS TO ADVANCE EMPLOYMENT FOR PENNSYLVANIANS WITH DISABILITIES, AS PROVIDED UNDER SECTION 520 OF THE PENNSYLVANIA PROCUREMENT CODE (62 PA.C.S. SEC. 520). THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIPS WITH OUR MEMBERS AND THE COMMONWEALTH, UNIQUESOURCE CONTRACTS PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT FOR OVER 2000 PENNSYLVANIANS WITH DISABILITIES EACH YEAR. UNIQUESOURCE AND OUR MEMBER NETWORK OF AFFIRMATIVE EMPLOYERS WHOSE MISSION FOCUSED MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONAL STRUCTURES PRIORITIZE PROVIDING ADAPTIVE TECHNOLOGIES, EFFECTIVE ACCOMMODATIONS AND SUPPORT TO NOT ONLY MEET, BUT ALSO EXCEED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ADA IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE THE EMPLOYMENT POTENTIAL OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
