SHELTERED WORKSHOP - CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS:BENCH ASSEMBLY - PROVIDES VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN THE FORM OF SIMPLE ASSEMBLY INCLUDING PACKAGING, PRODUCTION AND ORDER FULFILLMENT.FEDERAL JANITORIAL AND FOOD SERVICE CONTRACTS THAT ARE SECURED UNDER THE ABILITY-ONE PROGRAM AND ARE IN CONJUNCTION WITH SOURCE AMERICA, THE CENTRAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES TO CHOOSE FROM A VARIETY OF WORK OPPORTUNITIES PROVIDED THROUGH FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS.STATE OF NEW JERSEY THE CONTRACTS THAT THE CENTER MANAGES FOR THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY ARE ADMINISTERED AND REGULATED THROUGH CNA ACCESS NEW JERSEY, A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THIS PROGRAM OFFERS BOTH JANITORIAL AS WELL AS BUILDING MAINTENANCE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.BURLINGTON COUNTY JANITORIAL THE CENTER ACQUIRED THE JANITORIAL CONTRACT FOR ALL OF THE COUNTY'S OFFICE BUILDINGS IN 2011.
RESOURCE RECOVERY - THIS PROGRAM EMPLOYS INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES WHO ASSIST IN THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS. DISABLED INDIVIDUALS ALSO WORK AT THE RECYCLING FACILITY SORTING AND BALING RECYCLED MATERIALS. THE RECYCLING FACILITY IS LEASED TO BURLINGTON COUNTY UNDER A 20-YEAR AGREEMENT; WHILE THE OPERATIONS, PROCESSING AND MARKETING SERVICES ARE FUNDED THROUGH AN ANNUAL AGREEMENT WITH BURLINGTON COUNTY. RECYCLING SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED UNDER CONTRACTS WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
GROUP HOMES - THERE ARE FIVE GROUP HOMES OPERATED UNDER THIS PROGRAM. THE PATRICIA W. LEULIETTE FACILITY, LOCATED IN SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, IS A 2,500 SQ. FOOT HOME FOR FIVE ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE KATHLEEN WRIGHT FACILITY, LOCATED IN MARLTON, IS A 2,024 SQ. FOOT HOME FOR FOUR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE FLORENCE GILBERT FACILITY, LOCATED IN WILLINGBORO, IS A 2,516 SQ. FOOT HOME FOR FOUR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE ROBERT SHEYHING FACILITY, LOCATED IN MARLTON, IS A 2,136 SQ. FOOT HOME FOR FOUR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. THE JOHN WEGNER FACILITY, LOCATED IN WILLINGBORO, IS A 2,200 SQ. FOOT HOME FOR FOUR ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. AROUND THE CLOCK STAFFING HELPS TO PROVIDE A REAL HOME ENVIRONMENT WHILE ENCOURAGING PERSONAL GROWTH TO THE INDIVIDUALS SERVED.
COMMUNITY ACCESS CENTERS - PROVIDED THROUGH FOUR COMMUNITY ACCESS CENTERS THAT HELP INTEGRATE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES INTO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH RECREATIONAL AND PAID OR VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES. THIS PROGRAM FOCUSES ON DEVELOPING PERSONAL SKILLS, PRACTICING GOOD HEALTH AND HYGIENE, AND BUILDING WORK HABITS OF THE INDIVIDUALS SERVED. A SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAM ALSO PROVIDES NURSING AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES.
